      This theme uses IconBundles from Cydia, so it's for iOS 7 and iOS8. Sorry, I'm just now seeing this.

      Yes, if you're phone is jailbroken, it will work with the tweak IconBundles from Cydia. No matter what iPhone you have - 5/C/S, 6, 6+ included.
